By booking or receiving any service at Lemoge Clinic, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking or purchase. Lemoge Clinic reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

1. Definitions

“We”, “us”, “our” refers to Lemoge Clinic. “You”, “your” refers to the client. “Services” refers to all treatments provided by Lemoge Clinic including, but not limited to, laser hair removal, facials, waxing, threading, nail services, hairdressing, afro hair services, sunbed use, and beauty treatments.

2. Results Disclaimer

No guarantee of specific results can be made. Individual results vary from person to person. Images shown online, in clinic, or during consultation are for illustrative purposes only. Lemoge Clinic operates a strict no-refund policy for completed treatments.

3. Treatment Suitability

All treatments are subject to suitability assessment. Lemoge Clinic reserves the right to refuse or stop treatment at any stage if deemed unsafe or inappropriate. If treatment cannot proceed, unused prepaid amounts for undelivered treatments will be refunded. Consultation fees are non-refundable. Any travel or additional expenses will not be reimbursed.

4. Consultations, Pre-Care & Patch Testing

  • Certain treatments require a consultation and/or patch test at least 24–48 hours before the first session.
  • You must disclose all relevant medical history, medications, allergies, and skin sensitivities before treatment.
  • Failure to follow pre-treatment instructions (e.g., avoiding sun exposure, shaving the treatment area) may result in rescheduling and possible fees.

5. Bookings & Deposits

  • Appointments can be made in person, by phone, or online.
  • Deposits may be required to secure certain services and are non-refundable if cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice.
  • All deposits are deducted from the treatment cost on the day of your appointment.

6. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows

  • Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
  • Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in loss of deposit or up to 50% of the treatment fee.
  • No-shows will be charged the full treatment cost.

7. Payment Terms

Full payment is due at the time of treatment. We accept cash, debit/credit cards, and approved vouchers. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

8. Packages, Courses & Vouchers

  • Prepaid packages and vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
  • Packages are non-transferable and non-refundable once treatment has commenced.
  • Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.

9. Service-Specific Policies

Laser Hair Removal & Skin Treatments

  • Patch test required prior to treatment.
  • No tanning or sunbed use 2 weeks before/after treatment.
  • Results vary and multiple sessions are usually required.

Facials & Beauty Treatments

  • Clients with active skin infections or recent cosmetic procedures must inform staff before booking.
  • Aftercare instructions must be followed to maintain results.

Waxing & Threading

  • Hair must be at least 5mm in length for waxing to be effective.
  • Skin should be free of cuts, bruises, or irritation.

Nail Services

  • We are not responsible for breakage or chipping after leaving the clinic unless a fault in application is proven within 48 hours.
  • Clients with fungal infections may be refused service.

Hairdressing & Afro Hair Salon

  • Colour services require a patch test 48 hours before appointment.
  • We are not liable for adverse results if aftercare advice is not followed.

Sunbeds

  • Clients must wear protective eyewear provided.
  • Sessions are restricted according to skin type and safety guidelines.

10. Liability

Except for liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, Lemoge Clinic’s liability is limited to the cost of the treatment. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our services.

11. Complaints

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, please raise it with the clinic manager within 7 days. We aim to resolve all complaints promptly and fairly.

12. Data Protection

We handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website. Your information is never shared with third parties except where required by law.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
